Return Eligibility

You are allowed to submit a return or refund request within 30 calendar days after you receive your package. Returned goods must be unused, in original condition and complete with original packaging. Used, worn, customized products without manufacturing defects are non‑returnable.

How to Apply for a Return

Please email us at 29ketone_retake@icloud.com, include your order ID, clear product photos and your reason for return. We will reply and send you detailed return instructions. Unless the product is defective, incorrect or damaged on arrival, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will approve your refund. The fund will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5‑10 business days for the money to show in your account, subject to your payment provider’s processing speed.

Exceptions

Discounted and clearance goods follow our standard refund rules. For hygiene‑related products, returns will not be accepted unless there are factory defects.
